Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If needed, we will assist you with filing a claim.
